Orissa Rural and Urban Producers' Association (ORUPA) is a state level registered body of artisans working in Orissa (India) for the last 16 years. Its basic objective is to ensure socio-economic development of craft and craft persons. This organization mobilizes resources and initiates developmental programmes for the artisan groups. The programmes include Marketing, Design Development and Product Diversification and Capacity Building of the artisan groups. The Association aims to empower rural and urban artisan groups through the process of craft creation and craftsmanship.

Orupa is a member of International Fair Trade Association (IFAT) and Fair Trade Forum of India (FTFI).
